Nature Based Childcare

What We Do
Kinder Campus Childcare is a learning through play program that provides full time care for children aged 12 months to six years. We emphasize family involvement and see childcare as a partnership between families and the program.

Outdoor play in certified wildlife habitats, growing and sharing fruits and vegetables from our food forest, playing and learning in bright, well equipped classrooms, and strong caring relationships with families, children and our Early Years Teachers.
It All Starts With Caring
As we provide care for children they also learn about and practice caring. Caring for each other, caring for the environment, caring about the places where they play and the toys they play with, even caring for their daycare pets. Living and learning in a culture of care gives children the confidence to try new things and the opportunity to thrive as they play and develop life long friendships.

Play
is How We
Learn
"Perhaps play would be more respected if we called it something like "self-motivated practice of life skills," but that would remove the lightheartedness from it and thereby reduce its effectiveness.
So we are stuck with the paradox.
We must accept play's triviality in order to realize its profundity."

Providing Exceptional Care since 2000
Kinder Campus' two locations are nestled within residential neighbourhoods, providing a relaxed home-like environment. As family run childcare centres, the personal touch is evident everywhere. Home cooked meals, handcrafted wood toys, home made quilts, crafted daycare hats, fresh baked muffins every Friday, and more. Families are always welcome.
